The certificate level nursing is three years program to prepare the first level of professional nursing manpower who could provide nursing care either at community or institutional level with their professional skills and attitude learned in class. The curriculum for certificate nursing, developed by the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuban University, has been adopted by the CTEVT, with a minor adjustment to fit CTEVT criteria.
